The pillows in the room were surprisingly uncomfortable, lacking support which made sleeping difficult for both of us—definitely a flop. The absence of robes for easy trips to the pool added to the inconvenience, leaving us shivering after a swim. Also, as a fun fact, there’s no complimentary breakfast, which might be a deal-breaker for some who prefer a morning meal right on-site.
